INNOVATION – EU PROGRAM

ATC in collaboration with DEPANE (the International University of Greece in  Thessalonica) and Polymorph, a leading French company in Virtual Reality, awarded the program NEDITE (New Dimension in the Art), an EU program, to create a VR Art exhibition Model. Project ongoing (2019-2022). ATC is involved in the concept, vision, and overall coordination.

 

VIRTUAL & AUGMENTED REALITY

  • Indoor 500m2 VR park in a mall in Dubai. Lead activity: VR Carting. Participation in the development and commercial proposal. 
  • Indoor 700m2 VR park in a luxury mall in Dubai. Concept-based on a space trip, with the french astronaut Thomas Pasquier (First VR film in space). Participation in the development and commercial proposal. 

THEMED PARKS

  • Concept, development, and proposal to AD authorities a “Discovery City”, a 100 M$ project.
  • Concept, development, and proposal to Greek authorities a “Civil Defence” Themed park/Interactive museum with VR. 
  • Concept, development, and proposal to Greek authorities a “St Paul” Interactive museum with VR.

 

HOMELAND SECURITY

  • Collaboration with a Swiss company, to promote drones and services in the field of border security, law enforcement, and civil defense (fires, disasters, etc.)

 

ENERGY & WASTE MANAGEMENT

  • Collaboration with an important Chinese company, in solar parks projects.
  • Collaboration in WtoE sector for projects in UAE and Greece

 

HEALTH CARE & WELL BEEN

  • Collaboration with a French Company for sterilization Centers development.
  • Concept, development & program for a recovery & wellness Center in Abu Dhabi and another close to Geneva.

 

IMPORTANT TENDERS

  • Social Housing, Ministry of Housing & Public works, Algeria, 2017. Our team has been preselected, but the project postponed. The project included 10.000 precast apartments per year for 10 years and a “Precast Academy” to train staff.
  • MMCR (Military Medical city of Riyadh). A 4,5 billion $ project in Phase 1. Our team has been preselected on methodology criteria for complete project management services. Project postponed.

 

INVESTMENT ASSISTANCE

  • Assisting investors in acquisitions or participation in companies capital i. Selection and proposal of the best company matching with Client’s criteria, initiate financial discussions and assist client up to contact ready to sign.
  • Advice to an international investor for investment in the Pearl project, a Mixed-use high-class development in a prime location in Dubai of 2 million m2 including parking. The project still pending.
